    Hello All,

    I am observing from past 4 days, my OnePlus 5T mobile is not charging rapidly.
    kindly suggest me and let me know if this issue is due to any update ?
    My mobile software is now 10.0.1 version.

    Note : I am using orginal charger and cable

    Yes. I have cleaned multiple times and tried.
    Also checked for my another OnePlus 6T, same charger is working fine (Fast charing).

    but it's not happening for my OnePlus 5T

    Then, try a factory reset or visit customer support.
    As the software support for 5 series is already ended, you won't get anything from here.

    Try to remove and connect the charger cable again and also gently move the charger near the phone charging point untill you see the Dash charging symbol.
    Even I had the same problem,for me my charger cable was very old and due to lot of wear tear it was not always charging rapidly,I used to gently align the charging cable until I see dash charging symbol or charging rapidly message seen on screen. said:
    I got a new charger cable and I don't have this issue any more.

    Anyway similar issue I have also faced. Pl check ur charger and cable individually and separately with another oneplus 5t to just see whether charger is okay or not.

    Otherwise this is an issue of socket hole or domestic electric supply.
