    Nothing to do with OnePlus. It's the game's dev responsibility to make the app work with said device.

    Your best bet would be to ask that on the PUBG forums, because you'll only get answers about OnePlus devices here

    ping issue is something with your internet connection. OnePlus or your device has nothing to do with it. if you should ask anyone, it's your ISP. make sure your preferred network is set to 4G

    i am facing issues...my game is not opening and if it opens luck by chance it has high ping... don't know what's the real problem of the device...my wifi has normal speed of 3 to 4MB/s of download speed and 2MB/s of upload speed

    you should play in your own region.
    normally that Will fix thé high Ping issues... try that and let me know...

    i play in my region..asia..still it has high ping..my previous device didn't have a single issue..i used to play on the same wifi network..it didn't have any issues

    understand the concept of ping and u will understand the reason. phone being a culprit is just one possible reason of many. there are many other reason for high ping in pubg. confirm and approch OnePlus support if you find the faulty hardware in your device

    Very little chance this might work but try it anyway. When you are in the game -> disable & enable gaming mode. I faced a issue with it earier where gaming mode was restricting game access to wifi/data.
