    I am also having the same issue...cleared the app cache....deleted files to increase free space.... deleted apps to reduce load on task manager...still phone app keeps on working or keeps on showing notification for active call, after call is disconnected.....and yes this issue is for most of the apps, including Google's and Oneplus' own apps.

    facing the same issue after latest update. I took twitter platform & one plus suggested some solutions which I have done so many times but problem didn't resolve. I contacted them again with screenshot but now they are not responding. pathetic response from OnePlus for older customers. I have used 3 OnePlus phones & observed that they are replying to customers on all platforms but not ready to resolve their queries.

    Experiencing the same issue since last update which was 9.0.10 Kindly fix the issue. We are still waiting for any update on the Android 10 update which was promised last year by Pete to the community.
