    If you can't do it from system, due to some settings, reboot in recovery mode and erase your device from there.

    I am not able to factory resets to my device kindly see the screen shot and solve this problem for resets my device.

    as earlier on I have sent the screen shot of facing my device problem.

    Reset from recovery as mentioned above.

    1. Turn the phone off(unplug the charger if charging).
    2. Hold Power and Volume Down
    3. English (or pick any language that you want)
    4. Wipe data & cache
    5. Wipe everything

    Reboot in recovery mode, or start your device holding vol-.
    When prompted for your PIN code, tap on "forgotten password", then acknowledge for reseting your data.

    Done.
