My oneplus 6 shows network signal but i can't able to call or someone who try to call me, find my number off. This problem occurs more in indoor situation where the network signal is comparatively weak. Sometimes it happens in good signal also.
So at home, i can't use my phone. It is not network Carrier issue because my Grameen Phone SIM works fine with other phone. I am using this phone for nearly two years at this home but the problem starts from two weeks ago. My other family member also using same carrier SIM without any issue.

To solve the problem, I changed the SIM slot.
Reset network. Switch network 2G/4G. Wipe cache. Reset network APN etc. But nothing works.

It seems like to me, may be my phone's network reception ability becomes weaker so that it can't perform in indoor or week signal area. So I'm confused is it a hardware issue or software bug? Plz help me.

    Thanks for your comments.
I installed the diagnosis app it says Signal is good. But the problem is not solved. What you think, is it really a hardware issue? I found many people complaining about the OnePlus 6 network issue.
    What should I do next?

Other option is that their is a fault in Android itself or with an app or apps.

Might be a bit drastic, but have you considered backing up your data and then doing a full Erase All Data factory reset,

Run the phone with just OOS installed and nothing else, no additional 3rd party apps, for a couple of hours, just to check in case there may be an app or apps causing the issue.

If it works OK with no additional apps installed. Then reintroduce your apps in stages, just to see if any of them create an issue. If it works fine then it may have been the current installation of Android itself causing a problem

Hello, as per your suggestion I have done the factory reset and use the phone without any third party app. But unfortunately the problem isn't solved.

Now I'm using my OnePlus 6 without any SIM (Grameen Phone), using another phone from Huawei which is 4 years old & working fine with that SIM (Grameen Phone).
