oneplus 6 crashing issues

    Neta.maayan , Sep 22, 2020 :
    Hello,
I have a oneplus 6 with android 10 (oxygen 10.3.5), 8gb ram and 128gb storage. The phone is not rooted.
In the past few weeks (after the last update) I've been having serious crashing issues with the phone-- The phone just shuts itself off. The camera caused it to shut down, browsing through the gallery or even just charging overnight.
I've noticed some heating issues that I did not have before that might be the cause for the shut downs, but I cannot explain those. Phone storage is at 68%.
I don't play any games, and the major use of the phone is whatsapp / gmail / waze navigation.

I'd really appreciate your help in resolving this, preferably without formatting.
    Thanks!!

    Do a Full Factory Reset

This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    [e]26a0[/e]️Enable Erase Internal Storage[e]26a0[/e]️

Then click on the Delete All Data button.
