I removed my case to clean the camera and saw my glass back broken. I was shocked to see this and I'm 100% sure that I didn't drop it. I approached the OnePlus store and they said this was a physical damage but if u look at the side view, it's clearly visible that the power button has no scratch or any sort of damage that could have caused the breakage of the glass panel.
And the only way the the glass would be broken is some internal error or manufacturing defect or heating. And this is not the only case. There are many complaints against OnePlus 6's glass back breaking without any physical damage.
I'm sure that there was no physical damage and I want my glass back to be repaired, please help me out

This is a surprise that Oneplus 6 has such a weak glass back behind it. This incident occurred yesterday, where I had taken a look at it and what I found was that my glass back was broken automatically without any physical damage. I had taken the issue to the Oneplus store immediately and all they say is that it's because of physical damage. They don't say anything else except that and they claim the glass to be gorilla glass. It's highly impossible that gorilla glass breaks so easily.
It's definitely an internal damage or an internal error which has caused the glass back to break on its own.

You clearly dropped it or put undue pressure on it. Accept it. Glass never breaks on its own!

Because @Y1528476972518 won't accept any solution other than a repair free of charge. Which will happen when hell freezes

I guess we do ^^ but since @Y1528476972518 is hostile when someone expresses his opinion I don't care what he wants. He can keep creating those threads hoping for a different outcome. It won't change anything : his thread will be closed.

Last week my phone has fallen down on front side and I thought nothing happened to my phone apart from scratches on the case as I have OnePlus Default case given in the box. When I removed it today my back glass has broken in the exact location of how it is posted in the original picture of this thread.

I agree it had fallen but it has fallen on front side not sure how my back glass has broken.
