I have a OnePlus 6 thru TMobile USA and I don't seem to have a wifi calling option in settings. I had it on my OnePlus 3T so I am just wondering how to access it on this phone.

Go to settings, sim and network, click on the sim that is TMobile and it should be visible there

Like G just said, you have to tap on Sim 1 to see this screen. It's not very intuitive, but it's there. WiFi calling is off by default for whatever reason also.

Doing a simple Google search on Rogers Wifi calling, it shows it is only available on prepaid accounts and they only support 3 different manufacturers. Oneplus may have added Rogers configuration for Wifi calling, I don't know.

Going to your service provider and reading on their site what their limitations are on the services they provide should always be your first step.

Also, if you're using an old sim card, you may want to go and get a more update to date one as many people find old sim cards don't always connect to the newer features available.

Thanks a lot for quick reply. Have seen in the mean time that OP is not currently supported as wifi calling accepted terminal. Will check with them

Same issue, only with AT&T. When I click SIM1 there is no wifi calling option. I would like to understand why OnePlus is not supported on one of the largest networks in US...

Well, if you would have done even so much as a simple Google search, your answer to your question would have been answered. AT&T only allows certain models on their system for wifi calling. This is well known and not a hidden secret by any measure.

Take it up with AT&T, as it is not just OP who can not use wifi calling on their system. Oh, and about 99% phones must be purchased through AT&T.
