Okay, so I have installed this screen protector, and I gotta say that after I got this on perfectly, I don't know why you would by anything else. It's fingerprint resistant. Very smooth to the touch with no noticable resistance. I did have to register my fingerprint again, but that only makes sense. The black edges align perfectly with the edge of the screen.

Thank you so much for giving us the feedback, love the level of detail you have provided and I'm sold!
Did you use the bumper case that came in the box to align it like the video demonstrates?

And no noticeable screen loss from the edges?

I did it without the bumper. I made sure my phone was clean all around prior. The bumper case would be more than an appropriate guide though. I have an official one plus case that I use instead of the bumper that comes with it.

Awesomesauce, same here i have the carbon case.
One last question would be did you happen to notice e response time difference between the time before you installed the glass to now with the glass on.

I'm sure others might find this information helpful and we thank you for sharing.

It's seemed like the response is smoother. I have not necessarily noticed any slower response times, I actually feel like it recognizes my touches a little better.

I'm looking at getting a new screen protector, as well as, a new case for my 6T. I'm a new user, have had the phone for 3 weeks now? anyway, i noticed that the phone has a screen protector on it, out of the box. and I'm still using the bumper case that came with the phone. my question, will I remove the current screen protector on it, or place this 3d glass protector on top of the one that came installed bon the phone?

So i have the carbon case, i rather have the case for overall protection & the glass to prevent further damage from a face fall.

Hey guys just wanted to give you guys the feedback you desire!

Just got my glass in today and i gotta say I'm impressed with the quality and the "3D" effect it adds. To me it's hard to notice plus some may not like it but the thickness of the glass gives your display the illusion that it's sitting further back so it makes certain perspectives pop.

The feels are amazing and i did not have to re register the fingers but i did it to test the response time to see if it causes any delays & it's surprisingly a bit quicker.

The install was definitely a good fight, the video doesn't demonstrate how annoying it is to get your edges bubble free. Though using the case helps with alignment and the soft brim of the tpu makes it super easy.

Tip take your micro fiber and fold it over the squeegee and hold it tight while you push the bubbles out. And go easy on pressure when you get to the edges to prevent more bubbles populating.

Again thank you for all the input and hopefully everyone finds this info helpful and instructive

The only thing which is putting me you off at the moment is dufficulty of the installation but I'll still purchase it. You from the UK? Got some questions regarding the delivery and the charges that go with it.

So i wanted to update everyone on this product.
After a few months i noticed that bubbles were forming on the edge.
Idk if it's an issue or just because it's in and out of my pocket but i just took mine off because it was bothering me and eventually it'll get worse

I've installed several TGSPs with excellent results in recent years. The only poor results I've had are on substandard and cheap TGSPs. I bought the OP6T 3D TGSP from oneplus.com. It cost $38 dollars. It took 3 weeks to get here (from California to Colorado). I figured it was worth the wait to have the official TGSP.

I was wrong. This thing says use the included OP6T case as an alignment tool. It almost fit right, and almost got it aligned perfectly. Unfortunately, almost meant the case made the glass bow up in the middle which sucked several dozen dust particles under the glass.

I cleaned out what I could with the sticky dust remover, but there's still a lot under there. The bottom right corner will get a big bubble every day.

For $40 I could buy 6 or 8 TGSP from another brand, or I could even get the dbrand protector. I'm trying to get my money back because for this price, it should be refined. But it's JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER CHEAP ONES.

    I recommend skipping it.

If you do get it, don't use the case to align it.

UPDATE, after 2 weeks of waiting and a few emails to say "what's taking you so long", yesterday (3/7/2019) OnePlus agreed to give me a refund, but they're going to sit on it for 7 more days first.

UPDATE2 Got the money back, and then got annoyed enough to try to get dust out from under the bubbles, but when I peeled up the TGSP, I found the bubbles were between the TGSP and glue layer, NOT between the phone and the glue layer. I received a faulty product, and my TGSP looked just like everyone else's who had bubbles around the edge.

I've just tried to install mine as per the instructional video and it didn't go well. Lots of small bubbles that wouldn't shift, even with the supplied squeegee card and lots of pressure and patience. So I took it off to re-apply as suggested and now it won't even adhere to the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. So I gave up.

Despite having sausage fingers, I'm quite dextrous with these things – I'm a Graphic designer, handy with a scalpel etc. This should've been easier.

On closer inspection, it looks like the adhesive film attached to the protector has shifted under the pressure, making it impossible to apply without any bubbles. This product cost me £25.94 and it's total bobbins. Very disappointed.

I've contacted customers services for a refund. I won't be bothering with another one. I think I'll take my chances and handle with care.

    Save your money and time.
