OnePlus 6T ALL audio out of sync

I have an interesting problem. No matter what app, or website I am using, my audio is out of sync with video.
YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video, Twitch, VLC....

It started to really bug me, so I downloaded a bunch of different videos and loaded them up in VLC. When I adjust the audio delay to -150 to -200ms it's perfect. This 6T is bran new, what could cause every app to be out of sync? It's very frustrating.

first of all this is not an issue, even if it is how is that interesting?

try rebooting the device if that does not help clear the cache partition.

Tried wiping cache with no success. I also factory reset the device with no luck. Some shows on Netflix it is more noticeable, their mouth will stop moving but the audio hasn't caught up and you can still hear them talking.

    That is problem with ....
    #1 Internet speed
#2 how far are you from the Netflix server
    #3 Internet latency
#4 Number of people watching same movie on the Netflix
    It's not Phone...
Contact Netflix customer service and let them know so they can get it fixed

It's not just Netflix. It's system wide, every app. Even if that was the issue, why is it doing on video clips I have downloaded? After I download them, when I manually adjust the audio delay to -200ms it's perfect.

I am having the same issue.

It's not happening on YT or Netflix, but I'm a video producer and regularly preview video files on my phone, I've just downloaded and played back a couple of .Mov files and the audio is completely out of sync. They're small files, under 50mb, encoded in a fairly standard .h264 format.

In case you are using any Bluetooth Audio Device as output, you will surely notice delay, use phone speakers or AUX(from USB-C) to minimise lag.
