Oneplus 6t lag after Update the latest version via OnePlus 6T

    After updating my oneplus 6t to OxygenOS 10.3.2 its to lag/stuck why the reason is it? and for playing pubg its like a slow motion and run stop Run stop run pause run pause it's like it too lag.

    Can anyone solve me the problem.

    Search before creating a redundant thread.
    This PUBG problem has been discussed way too many times.
    It is tencent's problem and not Oneplus.

    i guess it's the issue with the update, cuz pubg is running better in the previous version i.e 10.3.1.

    PUBG Mobile just pushed a new update. Pretty sure OOS versions don't matter.

    guess so, but I've updated to 10.3.2 after updating the pubg, so i do see some performance issues compared to the previous version, i also tried formatting my phone to see if it does make any change, but it didn't change anything.

    Formatting won't do a thing. It's up to Tencent to fix its own game. ;)

    not only pubg, while playing nfs no limits slow motion sometime occuring.. need to close the app and restart.. and also having certain lag in using phone..

    I have got the exact same problem, now contacting the Chinese HQ to seek for support. Apparently their HQ Weibo team does not know what to do, 400-888-111 number in China is no one answering and their 0755-61882366 is like only a receptionist and do not even have auth to transfer calls.....Don't ever think you can resolve this problem....

    Nope, I'm Chinese in NZ. Every hour I couñd be facing like maybe 3-4 times of lags. Swipe and no respond.

    Yeah.... Currently, NZ is like lockdown so can't go to the retailer and fix this problem so spent like a lot of money on calling to China for support.......
    Takes like god damn time to get connect....

    Lol was tagging Pete Liu and OP official on Weibo but it only brought the OP service to contact me and with lack of communication..... The online CS, like second time was way better than the first one and telling me that there would be investigator to investigate the case.
