Could be an older OOS version in the OP5. Try a play store app for call recording.

I had backed up all my system data on OnePlus Switch a month ago.. today did the same.. I thought it would back up only the new unbacked up data but it has backed up all the data all over again which has consumed memory. I tried to delete the old one but to no avail. Please guide me how to delete it.
    Thank you

    Apparently i did,
I think suspected apps are oneplus community, yahoo, or may be telegram (not so sure about telegram).

I had same bug in my older phone oneplus 2, in it i resolved it by factory resetting.

The warp charger is backward compatible for phones shipped with a dash charger. No side effects, phones will charge at the same rate (speed) as with the original charger.

Hello, my phone 6T keep getting into hung state. I've also noticed that when nightscape mode is turned on it freezes the screen & subsequently a soft reboot is needed. Please advise to have a call registered with Technical Support or may be a version update would fix the issue.

Help me with this oxygen ROM as I am not able to find call setting option anywhere in my setting options.

recently I tried to hide my caller id, but wont able to do that on Googling they say go to call setting and then hide your id but there, no such kind of options in my setting. I'm running default ROM with latest official update from OnePlus oxygen.

Here are my screenshots of settings for reference.

    hope someone can help.
had my 6t for 11months no problems at all so far. until 2 days ago my screen decided to highlight itself! nearly fills the screen just leaving about 4mm around the edges. phone works as normal except it's like looking through fog.
I searched for hours trying to fix it. clear cache, re-boot, etc... nothing would remove it. took it to my vodafone shop. they couldn't fix it. eventually, reluctantly I had to do a factory reset as last resort.. which for one day seemed to work. screen stayed clear, thought it was fixed. next day it's back. just highlights itself & won't go off unless I restart comes on clear then within minutes it comes back.
if anyone can help I would be grateful. thanks

Hi, that could be a bad display. Consider visiting a OnePlus service center.
