There was a problem with the video editing feature, so OnePlus removed it. It should return once its fixed. You can use a different app for editing, or remove updates from the Gallery app to get an older version with that editing feature.

Who's gonna fix it, no one from OnePlus monitors these threads. If you want to talk to them there is a procedure for that.

    Here ya go.

Report the issue directly to OnePlus Developers as a Bug report.

And also contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for contact and online chat details.

Just users like you here so nobody's going to "fix it" for you. Do a search for posts about similar issues and try the remedies offered in the replies.

I tried to clean the slot with pin but it's a lost cause

should I try new cable? or it's cell's fault? if not

Impossible to say what's causing it without checking it physically and maybe test it with another OnePlus charger and cable.

Bring it to an Approved OnePlus service center they may be able to plug it in to one of their OnePlus chargers to see what's happening.

No phone updates can fix that, it's up to Tencent to optimize their game for the SOC (which ain't happening).

Try to Optimize the phone, clear your recent apps, also set 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Go through 2 to 3 charge cycles, leave on charge beyond full capacity for a couple of hours. Preferably overnight.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary.
