    Hi,

When I saw OnePlus 7 PRO on a shop (MediaMarkt) I observed that it vibrated when you successfully unlocked the phone, and even when unlock was not successfully.

I have received my OnePlus 7 (non Pro) and it do not vibrate when unlocking. Is there a way to activate it? I have tried all options inside settings.

    Regards

It's not working on my OP7(not pro) too. It would've been a nice touch to the fingerprint.

Not for me. Double vibrate if failed. Single vibrate when granted. 7 Pro here, though.

Weird, mine vibrates for a "failed unlock", but not it it succeeds. I bet it's tied to the fact I have "general haptic feedback" OFF, as I'd rather not get a "vibrate for every keypress" kind of deal.
I sure couldn't find the Setting though, if it exists, under dev-options either, but it does seem to "just work", on the OP7 Pro...

It seems an OxygenOS problem as some people has haptic feedback and others hasn't. Please, keep voting so we can send feedback to OnePlus.

Which makes this more likely to be a 3rd party s/w issue, I bet.

Does anyone who sees a failure, with a OP7 Pro, feel like "digging through app permissions", or doing a full reset?
I have had apps that added "functionality" to the fingerprint sensor, different swipes and such. I'd be willing to bet, that for at least the OP7 Pro "incidences" this is not a firmware/OS issue.

For the OP7, it could be a different story, does it have a different haptic mechanism? No one sells it in the US, at least no "reliable vendor" that I've seen, so I haven't paid that much attention to the difference, in specs (other than the obvious stuff, like the screen, and battery, I suppose, and maybe a couple of others...).
