but why its not covering in warranty it breaks by its own. OnePlus claims that the rear back glass is gorilla glass 5 then it will break by its own.
    i want resolution
and in above mentioned nots your saying get it repaired from service center and do not carry in pocket what do you mean dont carry in pocket. then how can i carry it while i was driving a bike? in hands?
are you crazy or are you trying to make us fool

Things don't break by it's own.
Glass is glass and it will break under certain conditions. If you didn't smash it you probably bend it causing the glass to break. Gorilla glass means that it will resist more, but it is not Indestructible.
Unless you can prove that it was a manufacturer defect, you have to pay for the repair.

First, I don't work for oneplus, second, it is not my product.
Then contact support or visit a service center and ask them to repair it for free.
    Spoiler alert, it won't happen.
External damage is not covered by the warranty.

The same applies to you, can you prove it broke without dropping or having pressure applied?

Guys...sorry it happened to you. But it's quite clear from the pictures, what happened here. All those are examples of impact cracks. The spiderweb is the dead give away. Ever seen windshield cracks due to cold weather? They start with lines. The lines spread across the windshield. But these started with the spiderweb. That's where the stress occurred. Then it spread after that. But 'that' didn't occur by itself. I don't know what happened. I'm not going to speculate. But something caused stress on that particular spot on the phone. Possible bend? I don't know.

I had the exact same issue!! I am using the original nylon case from OnePlus and today I took it out and try to wipe it and found the back cracked! I never drop the phone neither bend or ever have it in a pocket with anything.

I searched Google and realized I am not alone. I started to suspect if the drastic weather change from 75 to 28 within hours has anything to do with it. it sounds crazy but I can't think of anything else.

Is OnePlus saying anything about this?

Mine has done exactly the same thing, all of these comments around not being able to bend with it in pockets are irrelevant, there's plenty of people that have commented that they have not "man handled" their phone yet it's still breaking but OP don't seem to be doing anything about it?
Switching from IPhone to OP apparently may have been a bad decision after all.

After a month of struggling with the lousiest ever support experience of my life with Oneplus Support, I gave up, paid USD61 for the repair and moved on. I am DEFINITELY NOT buying another Oneplus device anymore, EVER.
