Totally agree on that, I just got mine today and yes my phone did get warm but yeah what do you expect a phone to do when you transfering 20gig of files from one phone to the next and at the sametime updating it :p

have been using dark mode in the apps that supports dark mode. Have been using 90hz RR and resolution- 'auto switch'
surplus, have enabled this one- settings>system>recent app management>deep clear.
Hope it will improve the battery life.

You should definitely masturbate to that, if you can manage 7 hours.

Lol are other people having battery issues or something? I've owned the Note 9,Mate 20 Pro,Xs Max,Vivo Nex and the OnePlus 6 and except for the Mate 20 Pro this has the Best battery life.

Hi. I don't know what's wrong with my phone but I can't get close to the SoT you guys are having. First day was great as you can see below. But things got worse afterwards...

This is what I got on my first day of work, bit disappointing considering what I had before. More spotify but not a massive usage of my phone... Tuesday and Wednesday were almost like this one.

This is what I got yesterday, a bit better. Less spotify than the previous day, more gaming. Is spotify that much of a battery drainer ?

I thought things were going better considering what I got yesterday but today seems to be worse than anything. What do I wrong ? Or do I need to send back my phone ?

When I first got the OP7P the battery on screen time was pretty bad, ok really bad. But as I have charged it multiple times the usage is getting better slowly. The phone seems to be self optimizing itself.

I got 7 hours 20 mins with 90hz and auto switch on my first charge over 25 hours.
This is with dual sim and a smartwatch paired
    I'd estimate 20% LTE

Restrict the Apps you do not use. turn off your location and Bluetooth. Make sure your brightness is around 70-80% or less. Screen brightness is the biggest battery drainer of anything. I keep my brightness at around 75% and restrict the Apps that I do not need notifications from in my background and I get almost 7Hours of screen on time each day. What percentage do you keep your brightness at.
