No its not normal. It's a huge fall. I can play Pubg with extreme fps for 3.5 hrs at 90hz refresh rate and Auto resolution on 4g network.

I have been using the phone since early June. Never had a screen on time larger than 3-4hours. I have got WiFi, Data and Bluetooth always on.

I'm trying last days to check if my mi band 3 is consuming by heavy..
I have around 88 apps (including stock ones) and have restricted background usage of all games..

is this a reply from support it's sounds little bit rude.

because I posted this comment to OnePlus 7pro support and if you are not one of them then don't reply!

Sharing stats from using Battery Saver from a full charge which I do regularly.

Here's a few settings I've modified as well.
-Disabled Body Sensors privilege from Google Play Services
    -Disabled Ambient Display options
-Disabled YouTube screen controls on lock screen
-Disabled YouTube previews playing on home screen
    -15 second screen timeout
    -Black background/gray accent
    -60HZ / FHD / Natural / No color enhancement
    -Auto brightness off/ adjusted manually
-Bluetooth used when driving, otherwise off
-Wifi off unless needed, mostly LTE usage
    -Location is always off

    Model: GM1910 12GB/256GB
Memory runs about 30% on average.

High and extremely low voltages are bad for lithium ion, but most ignore the underlying science. In any case, deep discharges reduce the max # of cycles a battery can supply. There's a reason why some devices show poor endurance at year 1, 2, 3, etc. On Windows wear level can be found via commands or progs, whereas most androids don't reveal cycle count nor wear level.

After the 9.5.8 update the Google play services is draining battery excessively. Tried clearing the data and cache multiple times but still no improvement.

I had a similar-ish issue after the update. My phone was always slightly warm and my battery was draining faster than normal. What seems to have worked for me (as I saw Play Services creeping up) was to turn off location services on Whatsapp. Apparently some apps request location info via Play services so that would be the first thing to check for. Turning that off and rebooting brought my battery usage back to normal and the phone feels cool to the touch. Hope this works for you. Outside of that you might need to check some guides as to what to pin down next.

What I usually do is to go into the App settings and to remove permission for Play Services for "Modify System Settings". That alwas helped me.

Give the battery a couple of days/cycles to settle. This is always needed after a big update.

Agree with above on location. Check which apps have used your location recently, and reset them. Pokemon Go uses location, obviously, and the notification comes from Google Play Services, so I suspect a bad app is pulling location too frequently.
