There's no such thing as "overcharging".

Lower the screen resolution, lower down the screen refresh rate if u have a 90 hz or 120 hz capable phone. Try force stopping any unwanted apps or apps not in use

My phone used to go to deep sleep after a few minutes to save battery, but from Dec 2 it's not going into deep sleep anymore, even tho I've been using the phone in the same way as before. Did not install any new apps or any update. How do I fix this?

If not required turn off the WiFi and the location feature. Also schedule the turning on of battery saver at whatever level you require. Night mode can be scheduled to turn in at sunset. These small steps may help you body your battery in an efficient way. Play games at scheduled time so that the RAM can predict the usage at that particular time and accordingly dedicate the required strength for playing.

that doesn't solve my problem, my problem is my phone isn't going into deep sleep. I tried turning on battery saver and turning wifi and everything off still no result. And schedule gaming? Am I using my phone or my phones using me? that doesn't make sense

Then the next steps may be useful to you.
    1) shift your refresh rate to 60Hz
    2) turn on adaptive brightness or rather set it low levels
    3) shift your display settings to normal rather than Vivid
    4) at night turn on greyscale mode
    5) schedule power off and power on when you go to sleep
    6) enable DC dimming

Optimize what? Charging is very good in OnePlus, 65watts is more than enough.

There's just nothing much to differentiate as from before. Oneplus used to be the fastest in my opinion. Now, Samsung has their Oneui 2.5 which is pretty good. Even Coloros from oppo has improved significantly.

💯 agreed. That's why I'm with OnePlus. Just kinda worried that OnePlus Oos 11 is like samsung just with Samsung having more features. Many of my friends don't like the Oos 11. I don't mind it though as it improves one hand usability.
