probably the op7 non pro was the one for you. I got it for the same reasons as you mentioned. Don't like the edges and phone too big. also weaker battery life cause of the screen refresh rate and resolution and the pop-up camera is not my cup of tea.

Just do some research before buying or watch some reviews. Phones are personal and many people feel differently about every device.

Did you know you can unlock your phone without your passcode or finger prints. Not cool

Personally I think the complaints of the OnePlus 7 Pro being 'too big' are unfounded. I just went from a XS Max to a Op7 Pro and honestly it feels no more bulky in hand despite being a little taller. The curved screen and minimal bezels are great at reducing the large footprint.

it's a big phone. if you don't want a big phone why buy it???.

and to other post. it will only unlock if you have smart lock running. other threads go through this.

I actually disagree about the speakers, I think they sound good. I was watching YouTube videos the other day of live performances of a few classic rock bands from the 70s and really noticed that the sound was nice.

yeah it's big and heavier than some phones. I even think I have smaller hands for a guy but handle the phone ok

I'm not really in to wireless charging so I don't care that is missing that.

camera system is good, not as stellar as pixel 3 but I have taken beautiful photos so far.

I do have issue with the curved display. it was weird to type on as some things are close to the side you are tapping the curved part. the display has some glare on the sides in some lighting conditions. those things aren't deal breakers for me. the display is also so nice, great colours and Black levels plus it's 90hz is so smooth.

If it's big & heavy , why did you buy it in first place ? Now you are complaining here because it's big & heavy?? Seriously? You already knew that it's big & heavy. Yet you bought it come here complaining about it..

You should've bought OP7 instead of this?

I personally love this phone, best phone I ever had. Screen is just amazing.

The size and weight of this device is written on manufacturer webpage, if somebody is purchasing this device just because is a trend and not for utility, that it means....

seriously I thought the size and weight were going to be issues for me. However I loved how overall beautiful the display is. so smooth 90hz makes motion look. the size is so good for watching media. I'm so glad I skipped phones with notches, the 6t I think I could do but none is best. the thing is fast and a great deal

the good this thing has to offer out weigh the negative for me.
if its not for you return it for a refund if you can or sell it to someone that will like it. find yourself something you so like and move on.
