    rgvd1987 , Sep 13, 2020 :
Hello.. I am using one plus 7 pro for the last 12 months. Day before yesterday my front pop up camera suddenly stopped working. It pops out.. Stay out for few second and then goes back inside. At the same time camera UI also crashes. I tried clearing cache, data.. Tried Gcam.. But to no use.. I also did factory reset twice but no luck.. My camera version 3.10.24 and my phone is on 10.3.4GM21AA. Please suggest a solution before i go to repair.
    Thanks in advance

I am facing the same problem. Initially the front camera opened but a few seconds later it closed. The back worked until I restarted the smartphone. Now none of them work in any of their own or third-party applications. Please, does anyone have a solution?

Download fresh firmware from Oneplus website and place it in sd card without any folder and then try to install that ipdate from Settings> system> system updates> local upgrade

I already did and it didn't solve it. In fact, I downgraded it to OOS 9 and the rear cameras worked, the front one didn't. I returned to the OOS 10 clean flash and none of the cameras worked.
