One SIM goes on each side of the SIM card tray! Here, my SIM is on the bottom side and the top is where a second one can go.

I do not work for OnePlus, so I can't really help with that. If the issue is in the software, and that would be my guess, it will likely be fixed in a future update. You should check if anyone else is having that issue in the forums and if they found any solutions, or contact OnePlus directly. Good luck!

excellent phone for me. I agree with many aspects of the review. Best phone I have had. I don't care about the lack of waterproof rating as I've already seen videos that show the 7 pro is capable of handling a rain shower or a short dunk in water and wireless charging doesn't interest me to be honest the warp charger is exceptional. fantastic for watching films and gaming, it's a 5 star phone for me.

Has anyone found a dongle or adapter that will allow listening and Warp charging at the same time?

that's actually a good idea I haven't seen that mentioned before I'm actually surprised because there are so many out there that exist but I am not sure if any of them are capable with the OnePlus 7pro

Got a link? I looked, albeit briefly. I specifically looked for something that expressly says it will work with Warp as the OnePlus charging standard appears proprietary.

when I was planning to purchase the OP7 Pro, I was very excited that I was going to purchase the best premium mobile phone. but as a user, the experience is otherwise. my voice repeats when I talk on call via this phone which never happened in previous mobiles, the camera says it's a triple camera with 48 mp but when I check pictures after zooming in or out, the photo pixelates, OnePlus claims liquid cooling system but this mobile set gave me alert of continuously raising temperature of the device and I ended up with turning off the mobile phone, the Google map app drains the battery in few hours, there is no 3.5 mm audio headphones jack so I can't charge my phone while using headphones, the charger size is huge. I'm disappointed with one plus mobile phones.

    RAM CONSUMER

I have recently bought OnePlus 7 pro 8 GB variant but 3 - 3.5 Gb of ram is consumed by android OS only then what is the advantage of buying this much higher variant model where as compared to your older oneplus models they donot cosume more than 700 mb.
kindly solve this issue for OnePlus flagship model.

Because the phone has more RAM, it can keep more things stored there, which makes multitasking/app switching much faster.

I don't know exactly what is going on there, but the way RAM works, it's actually better to use more of it because that means you have more resources loaded into RAM which means they will respond much faster than from storage. Since the OnePlus 7 Pro has so much RAM, it can afford to use more of it so you get a snappier experience throughout the OS.
