OnePlus 7 Pro Loses Network Connection - requires reboot

    I have a consistent issue with my OnePlus 7 Pro where if I am driving and using Waze, at some point within about 20 minutes, I lose network connectivity. WiFi can be off or on and the phone is connected via BT to my car. Waze starts displaying "Searching for Network". Turning Airplane mode on and off will not restore connectivity. A full reboot will fix it until the next time it happens. I have tried wiping the cache. This only happens while driving and within about 5 - 10 miles from where I live while using Waze. If I am just at home all day, or drive without using Waze, it does not seem to happen. This is on AT&T, 8GB version running Oxygen OS v 9.5.11

    I've made sure that data was set to unlimited for the appropriate apps. I've now gone into Developer settings & data is now on permanently to enable faster switching from WiFi to mobile data. Seems to work as I've no longer any issues in the car using AA (latest version) & voice control, music, navigation etc.

    in India BSNL VoLTE is not supported by OnePlus Devices where as in MI and Redmi Phones are supporting VoLTE of BSNL India network.
    Si it has to be addressed in next incremental update.

    Not sure what the fix is but I have a very similar issue I will suddenly lose network when driving no bars all is fine after a restart been happening since launch help please!

    I have narrowed this down to the BT stack in my Infiniti M Series which is about 8 years old. This only happens when connected to BT in my car. I have flown to other states and used rental cars with newer BT stacks and this does not happen.

    I have the same problem, and also when I get in the car, but mine is a 2017bmw... the tech behind a 2017 car is already old? why there is no feedback from OnePlus for this issue, it's so annoying having to restart the phone to have data network's back.

    I have a OnePlus 7 Pro, located in Denmark, and I am loosing network connections daily. I have restarted the phone, have the last update on it.. i had a oneplus 6 before, that had no issues, this network issue is not satisfying. I might just contact my vendor and say I can not use it.

    I had a connectivity issue once. In my case I could easilly replicate it (both mobile and wifi lockout in certain situations). I reported with the feedback tool and next update my issues were solved (using beta channel).

    Do you happen to use a work profile too? I recall a other user that got issues due to work profile.

    Hi. No. I thought that with the latest updates this problem would be solved but nothing. every time I use Waze or Google maps the cell signal drops

    I have never been able to replicate this on either 7 Pro or 8 Pro.
    In one case it happened for a users simply after having a work profile (not actually when really using an app in the profile... It was enough that the profile existed)

    I have 7T for several days. Behaviour is the same as others describe in this thread.
    In my case whene I changed preffered network type from 2g/3g/4g to 2g/3g problem doesn't occur

    If you haven't done it yet report it and record the incident/issue and send in the logs via the feedback tool.

    Home in community app. Press the red button. Select feedback. Select cathergory that fits your issue. Write down as much info you can. Depending on type of report you can collect logs or start a recording so you can replicate the issue and then stop the recording when it has been done.
