lol.... this is epic
Indeed, another OPO.
but all this issues never leave the forums and move out to other platforms. when other brands have even tiny issues they are blown out of proportion by youtubers I wonder why
I often wonder why myself, many were trying to pass off ghost touches as a lack of palm rejection. That one must have been a directive.
The K20 Pro makes an entry into the Indian market and all of a sudden there is an issue with the screen that long standing devices never had.
I like Technology Jocks Video where demonstrated the issue on a screen. When he turned it over I was expecting to see the K20 Pro but it wasn't it was a OnePlus.
Just updated to 9.5.10 yesterday, and this morning my phone was dead again, on the charger.
Power and volume up still worked, but obviously issue not resolved yet.
This has happened a couple times to me in the month or so I have had the phone.
Really sad as I was excited to own this phone but no longer can recommend it due to this major/widespread issue.
Not sure why my phone blacked out at 17% charge. I connected charger thinking it's drained battery and phone did not respond either. I spooked.
thanks for this thread. Power + volume up worked.
Worked for me. Thanks a lot.
Weird behaviour for the phone and after some research i found that this issue is pretty common. Totally unacceptable from a company like OP and I hope they come with a solution.
My first one had the same problem, my second Oneplus 7 Pro didn't(after returning the first one)
I guess it's bad quality control in one of their facilities.... Oneplus if you're reading this, my suggestion is you check up on it
That's very interesting and would indicate it is down to a hardware issue.
Good luck with the new one bro.
It's worked great since early June even after putting Android Q DP1, DP2 and DP3 on it over that time. I don't think I'll have any issues with it
Cool, I was thinking of looking at one, but only when certain issues have been resolved.
I get that. Good luck man
It work for me also. But, what exactly happen on holding "Volume Up" key and "Power" key?
