    Hi everybody,
    I got my OnePlus 7 Pro recently. First thing I noticed during unboxing was the damaged frame:

    As well as a scratch on the back:
    Well, shit happens, so I returned this one and got a replacement. First thing I see after unboxing is, again, a damaged frame, this time with a visible burr & glue residues: 20190615_121726.jpg 20190615_121803.jpg 20190615_121814.jpg 20190615_121832.jpg 20190615_123058.jpg
    Both units came in an undamaged, sealed box, so the damage is not due to shipping.
    It is likely a defective batch and I've seen many positive reviews on the build quality, nevertheless I am disapointed. I was quite excited about getting the device, but after two units of such an underwhelming quality I am definitely not going to give it another try. How often do I need to try it to get a good one? Is there any quality control? In this price range this should not happen.

    Return the second unit too. Also wait for probably a few weeks before again ordering one. If there is a faulty batch, it will be exhausted till then(hopefully).

    Thank you for your advice, I have already returned it too :) You are probably right, however I don't think I will try to get a new one after this experience... I guess I just wanted to vent.
