I managed to make a small tear on the normal screen protector. Probably heading to TMobile to get that installed... no matter the price. Cant wait for Dbrand no more.

Please let us know how it works. I am running into issues with mine bubbling up on the edges bc of the case.

i'm having the same issues on the right top corner. i tried to chat with the support and after they've changed 3 people i was chatting with in the middle of the conversation, the answer i got it's just: "we can't replace it, you can BUY the tempered glass from our site soon".
I bought the first oneplus and others in the middle until the oneplus 7 pro now, i was never be such disappointed by the thing that they can't replace an insignificant plastic screen protector. this issues and how they're managing it are really bad and i would have never expected something like this from oneplus.
(don't look at my account, i was using another when i bought the first smartphones)

cheers, no idea why OnePlus haven't reelased one. I bought the wet film ones and omg the amount of dust it attracted underneath it it took 2 hours to put with what I thought had no dust or hair and when it dried it had hair under it. I am currently screen protectorless.

I had the original one install by OP7. but there was a speck of dust trapped inside and had to remove it. Having a hard screen now and I think I'll stick to it.

Read some reviews regarding the LOCA glue UV tempered glass screen protector and was quite negative regarding the quality after a mere few days.

Will be following this tread until there's a suitable SP. Till then, #barescreen

The original protector supplied by OnePlus is cheap yes. but I think it's a great addition. will keep your screen good until you find a replacement. good on them for at least supplying one prefitted. mine was perfect.

Forget every screen protector you have ever seen.

    Buy a Whitestone dome.

Best thing I have ever done. perfection!

I'm just wondering where to buy the replacement glass just incase. without buying the entire kit again.

    This thing really is awesome!

The place I went to sell the replacement glass as well. I'm pretty sure their website sells the replacement?

Ah brilliant. I got my kit from Amazon. to be fair my phone's in a case to. and even have a camera protector. so unless I drop it should never really need replacing anyway.

I must say your phone is really well protected. Did you get a Tech21 or a Spigen case?

    Amatory, Aug 4, 2019 :
I just bought a wallet case from flebay. looks really snazzy and so always covers the screen unless I'm actually using it. that and the Whitestone shield be great unless I drop it off a cliff lol.

Mine has slight bubbling down the right hand side, only 1mm or so and doesn't affect me in the slightest. If it gets any worse of if it gets in a bad enough condition then I'll replace it. There are quite a few curved glass ones for around £10 on Amazon.

I've got my third PureGear on my phone in about a month and a half. Not a big deal as I'd added Protection360 from T-Mobile on my device for accidental damage and it includes free screen protector replacements if purchased at the time of the phone. No hassle, just walk in and hand them the broken protector, they clean the phone and put a brand new PureGear on.

If I didn't have that protection360 plan however, the screen protector would be junk to break that frequently for the price. It's not a cheap protector in terms of cost. But if the protector doesn't protect my phone and the actual screen is damaged, then other than the deductable, it's replaced by T-Mobile.
