    YD98 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jun 3, 2021 :
Its been a year i have received only one system update ( that too buggy) and security update only once. Im creating this thread because the OnePlus team has completely stopped supporting it. You guys released stable system 11 update as it said in the log but it was the worst one with nothing major and way too buggy.
Your support team is worst than the phones available in the market under Rs 15000. The gallery app itself is a buggy one takes time to load images.
    Major problems with OnePlus.

    1. No security update for a year
    2. Buggy apps after update
    3. Unstable system after update
    4. Screenshot taken doesn't show in gallery app
    5. Call app is also buggy
    6. Camera issues
    7. Phone is heating alot you people claim you have liquid cooling but there's nothing like that even a small amount of gaming heats the phone
    8. Battery drain issue. Battery drains like it has 2000mah battery

Almost everything is bugged this is the worst update so far and support team of OnePlus is not even putting efforts to fix this. These people are just giving beta updates and the. Roll out stable one and then again pull it back after it reports major bugs .
To whoever who is planning to buy a OnePlus phone i would suggest you not to. Go for samsang which also offers flagship phones at reasonable prices and has the best support system.
Or you can also go for realme and Mi phones
Which offer 120hz refresh rate at around 20000Rs and also the offer great camera.

Well I have actually received one update dating 1 February. But my point is even cheaper phones like moto provide security update every 3 months

My point being is that only few people who own OnePlus 7 pro have received this updates and you might be one of that. Not everyone has received it. They have pulled back some updates after ot reported major bugs.
The post a thread and state limited number of people will receive update and only limited people receive it. Its been a month Haven't got stable incremental roll out.
Just because you receive it doesn't mean all gave received it. These people are jot even fixing bugs properly.

Well, I think you are changing the reasons one after the other when you are not able to defend it.
First you said you have not received any update
Then you said you recieved in February
Then you said Moto provides updates in 3 months, I demonstrated OnePlus provides better,
Now you are onto other track.

I think you are not clear on the issues.

Is OnePlus rolling the update to all its users? Many aren't receiving updates at all. Why so?
Installing a 3rd party app or flashing the build manually isn't the solution. Why does the staged rollout stop incompletely? Isn't that a valid point?
I can flash the latest build manually or download any app to get it, but it doesn't mean all the users are supposed do the same. Like say, many posts come up, saying that they are stuck at some 9.xx builds.

Yes latest version update is not good for OnePlus 7. So many issues like he said.

I made a mistake purchasing OnePlus!
I won't recommend to anyone in future.

You are not getting my point. You trying to divert the topic from the main issue. I clarified i have received February update. Even low budget phone companies provide security update every 3 month.
Im clear with my issue, actually its not issue its negligence

I'm just sad that no one says anything about whether the Beta ended or not, since it was supposed to be monthly.
I'm not complaining about Beta 4 itself, if I wasn't well, I'd have moved to stable by now.
