I bought one that works with all Android's.... Except it doesn't work on the OnePlus 7t ... Unless you have wireless headphones you're out of luck for audio on that model.

Having similar issues on the OP7T. USB C headphones are not recognised and I need to restart the phone. Highly annoying.

Still having this issue with my OP7Pro. Actually seems to be happening more often, and reboots don't always fix it. Have tried USB settings, no help. And honestly, I shouldn't have to anyway. It should just work.

guys, try this step by step -

    1. turn on OTG from advanced settings
    2. put the headphone usb c jack into the port.
    3. restart your phone leaving the headphone plugged in

should work once it starts. hope it works for you as it worked for me. after few minutes OTG will notify that it's disabled due to no use, but it won't matter - your headphones will work and there won't be any further restarts required from next time.
