This issue presented itself yesterday onwards. I'm unable to download or update any app via the Play Store. The app downloads to 100% and then stops there. There is no installation. I have tried clearing the cache of the Play Store, Play Services, reauthentication of my Google account, wiping the cache from recovery, force updating my Play Store using an apk. The only solution I have right now to install the app is to force close Play Store when download hits 100 and then reopening it which continues with the installation. Please help to find a permanent solution.

    Hey mate,

This has happened to me before on multiple android phones (not just OnePlus) - I've never figured out why it does it but I feel like it is something wrong with the Play Store and / or google.

The only way I have ever managed to circumvent the issue is by doing a quick phone restart then trying to download the app again, and again if it keeps failing.

Wish I knew a better answer - but you're not alone!

Same here, when i try to update apps or install new apps, very often play store remain stuck at download stage. Tried on other phones, at the same time, it works well. It's very annoying...
But... after a few hours, downloading/updateing apps works perfectly. But anyway, who wants to wait a few hours to download an app?
I had a chat with the play store guys, they sad that the service is working fine, and the problem might be a device sissue

Sorry for the late reply, my play store version is 17.0.15. The issue seems to have resolved itself, but randomly appears occasionally.

It's actually a play store issue, happened sometimes and got solved automatically.
