OnePlus 7 pro Vs Oppo Reno 10x Zoom

I am almost determined to get the OP 7 pro but every time I take a look at the Oppo Reno 10x zoom I get more questions.
It seems that the Oppo has a better camera than the OP and in general they are quite even. My big doubts come especially when I compare Oxygen Os with Color Os; At that point it seems that OnePlus wins by a landslide since I have seen and read that Color Os is very heavy and that visually it is not very attractive. It also seems that Oppo is not as up to date as OnePlus in the issue of updates.
Has anyone else here hesitated between them? Do you really think that the Oppo camera is better? Is Color Os really so bad in both interface and updates?
I am a mess and this week I would like to decide.

Yes, I was looking at the Oppo Reno 5g when considering the OnePlus 7 (and pro)

swayed by updates policy/history from OnePlus (even if they are part of the same company) and that there is a far better online presence / community from OnePlus & customers.

Reno looks like a great camera, so it was a tough call.

The Oppo having a better camera is definitely understating it. The camera on the OnePlus 7 Pro with the optical zoon is only 2.2x, not the 3x claimed. The colors on the OnePlus 7 Pro's photos is overly saturated. Inhet that some people do like that. I personally don't. The pro mode for the camera software isn't bad but it isn't great either.

Color OS mightnsuck but it still jas significantly better camera hardware. You can fix software but you can't just swap out crap hardware.

That claim of 2.2x has been proven wrong.

Well, the truth is that just everything you comment is what makes me doubt. If prioritize the quality of the camera or better updates and better interface. It is a difficult decision.

Do we know for sure that real world experience of the Reno 10x/5G device itself and camera is very good, though.

still PLENTY to like about the OP7

    grass is greener, etc

    Sot graph?
A high number of people requires alot more than what is in stock and install GSam amongst others.

Poor ram management, if I've said it once I've said it 100 times ram management is a nonsense.
How many apps do you REALLY need to hold in ram.

Look at this, not much happen here on ram management.

What are these others you speak of? OP are pretty hard to match bug for bug.

No you don't need a SOT graph in your OS if you dont use it and majority don't.
I didnt hear a reply about the OP7 Pro's total inability to multitask in that video, it reloaded nearly every app once the ram was filled just like a Nokia 3301:tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:.
If that's all you got bud you're wasting your time.

Take a look at how many devices OPPO have sold each of the last 5 years , the number is growing so someone must like what they are doing and those numbers heavily out number YOU.
