    Dear Team,

    good day,
from last few days i have noticed that my mobile battery is getting drained so fast and it takes too much time to charge while checking the screen it seem like it is in normal mode charging as previously while charging the screen was displying wrap charging symbol.

    please help me to rectify

    regards,
    Nithin.

    re battery use:
battery use depends mostly on your use, what apps you have installed, and what settings/services are running.
what do the battery use screens in settings say is using your battery?
best to look after a full (100% to <10%) single charge use for best info.
you can post screenshots (both the 1st screen that says screen on time and the app use screen) here if you need assistance interpreting.

    re: charging:
is it using the original OnePlus Warp charger and cable?
are the charger, cable and socket clean, clear and undamaged?
is the power socket providing full power?
Is it hot and humid there?

train power sockets often don't produce a stable full power supply (they only have a limited available voltage and the more people on the train use it the less stable it gets). does it work on a reliable fixed mains power supply?
