I literally became a fan of OnePlus phones when I first got my OP5. I never found such durable screen in any of the phones I used before. However, when I recently upgraded my phone to OP7, I was surprised and disappointed to find multiple scratches on screen only after using couple of days. As always I kept my phone as carefully as possible. I know the scratches are on the premounted tempered glass but I wonder why this is of poor quality in a flagship killer phone like OP7. Is this the case with me or other OP7 users as well?

There is no pre-installed Tempered glass, it's just a screen protector. It's plastic and will scratch very easily.

The screen protector scratches at a level 2 with deeper grooves at a level 3...

So basically the only solution is to remove the screen protector and use a tempered glass instead?

Calling a plastic film as screen "protector" is wrong. It is only a plastic film thats it. So Plastic film < Tempered glass.

But it doesn't look like a simple Plastic film. it's firmly mounted on screen
