@Manu J. I think you forgot to mention the video enhancer feature, I'd like to have that too as it's completely a software feature :)

Great to hear about the newer Oxygen OS features eventually coming to older phones, looking forward to them especially the native screen recorder. However, why do you say there are no ETAs? This isn’t for eg a developer forum staffed mainly by unpaid volunteers. It’s a support forum for your customers who have all purchased a phone (or phones) from you. In fact, this post does indicate an expected frequency of software updates, so it’s a bit misguided to say no ETAs. We customers deserve to know approximately when we can expect an update to Android Q for each device, after all, software updates constitute part of the phone experience. Declaring “there are no ETAs” makes it seem that OnePlus feels that provision of major Android version updates is simply a favour they occasionally do for their customers. I hope this isn’t the case.

(I do realise that for the OnePlus 5, according to the Software Maintenance Schedule , software updates/upgrades after June 2019 weren’t guaranteed, however my point still stands that if Android Q is intended to be brought to the 5 customers ought to get some form of ETA.)
