    I have just purchased a OnePlus7Pro 8GB and 256GB and am facing problems with my facebook app.
    1) Videos not playing. Keeps buffering
    2) On Homepage scrolling on the video screen the Speaker [e]1f50a[/e] / Sound icon is missing
    3) Also the phone Hangs & Shutdowns a few times
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, cleared cache and cleared data, shutdown and restarted a number of times but no luck.

    Obviously no, a phone needs the Qualcomm x50 Modem, which the normal 7 & 7 Pro don't have.

    I have been using the one plus 7 pro 12gb version for past 2 days and battery drains very quickly. The refresh rate is set to 60hz yet have to charge twice in a day. Please provide an update for the issue. Have been using one plus products from past 5 years. Very depressed with the result of the product.

    I am facing issues with my one plus7 pro camera:-
    the normal video recording and the time lapse seems to have a limited recording capability on the time basis.
    when I record a normal video it stops after 57secs or 1min and same with time lapse for no more than 20sec. Can anyone help me with it. please

    Hi will My 7pro work on the Verizon network in the USA , I've ordered a NFC nano SIM card for Android will it harm My phone if I put it in#2 to check signal strength in my house.
    I know the difference between GMS & CDMA but 4G LTE is a little confusing?? I checked my IMEI # with Verizon bring your own phone in prepay no contract it said it was good to go, So what do you think

    Some Verizon Wireless users from the US seem to be having some issues with messages. This is a simple instruction set with SIM activation scenarios and common FAQ.

    SIM activation scenarios

    1. Insert a NEW VZW SIM to OP6T – No need to do anything.

    Since our software and VZW's network set the VoLTE on as default setting, there is no need to do anything.

    2. If you have a non-VoLTE VZW SIM – Get a new VoLTE SIM.
    You need to apply for a new VoLTE SIM first via VZW stores or online purchase (free 2-day shipping).
    The price of the upgrade to VoLTE depends on the plan you choose.

    Please note that when users buy new SIMs, VZW will request users to do as follow:
    1. Get the credit check done at the VZW store (online purchase via free 2-day shipping: you can also do it via Telesales at 800-309-3341).
    2. Open a new Verizon account or update the one you already have.
    3. Inserting an EXISTING VZW SIM which has been activated from a multi-mode device that has CDMA+LTE to a OnePlus device – re-activated VZW SIM via “My Verizon”.
    If you take an ALREADY ACTIVE VERIZON SIM from your prior phone and insert it in the brand new OnePlus device then, to ensure CDMA-Less feature is activated in your account, please log in to your user account on www.verizonwireless.com > My Verizon > My Device > Activate or Switch Device and follow the instructions.
