it depends whether you're on 90Hz coz that'll consume battery faster...keep it at 60Hz

Recently I observed that I am not able to receive calls and messages in my OnePlus 7 pro though I am able to do outgoing calls and messages perfectly.

when I was in India it was working perfectly fine but as soon as I left India my incoming calls and messages stopped it saying Mobile No Switched off.

I have tried my SIM card in other handsets and it's working perfectly fine.

pls help resolve this issue in my handset.

all I can think of is that it may not be supporting the band that is in use in the place where you spotted the problem. can you do a side by side comparison via GSM arena of these handsets to see if there is an unsupported band? I really am no expert; just trying to use common sense prior to raising an alarm. :)

    Hi there,

So far as I can tell the outgoing message sound is buried inside Messages app. It has its own settings, but there it only allows you to turn the sound on or off. So looks like the customisation is not foreseen. However if you are really serious about the sound you can switch to an alternative messaging app that would be more customizable.

    good luck on this

Ive bought me a brand new OP7.
    Very satisfying phone.

However, one thing is bothering me.
Is it normal that when you are having a phone conversation, the sound comes only out of the right side upper grill?
When i press my ear on the left side, i can t barely hear anyting.

    thanks for your feedback.
