    I don't know where to write. I ordered the OnePlus on July 17th and it was lost by DHL (it still stands at the same sorting center for the track number). Delivery to Poland. After a week of investigation, the support said they would send a new one. By the given track number the order was always as "waiting for the receipt of the warehouse DHL" (still worth this status. DHL tells me that no parcel has been received, only electronic data). I had to wait again for an investigation after which they said that both devices had been activated and delivered. After a long dispute with the support, they again started investigating(They don't call any more terms) and contacting the internal warehouse. It's been over a month(delivery will take 3-5 days) and I haven't gotten any money or a phone. The question is how can I influence the development of the situation? I ordered the Polish version of the OnePlus website, paid with a regular bank card.

    If you feel they are not going to sort out the matter, you can try disputing the transaction with the bank.

    I already started but the bank said it would take 60 days. All the same, they will contact the seller in this matter, and from the evidence of the lack of delivery I only have the track number.

    I have same problem. OnePlus ordered August 29. The next day I was given a package tracking number. For one week there has been information that only electronic data has been received. Nothing changes. I wrote to support, they started an investigation. Anyone know what's wrong? Destination county: Poland
