Thank you, JPare! So in the end it was just as I suspected: OP support has no clue and sending our phones in is futile. This sucks.

P.S. - It's good to finally see some more people sharing their experiences in this thread.

    OP Support answered me.

"In this case, the solution would be to send it back to repair center."

I'll do it because I can manage a second device... When I have an answer I will let you know.

Hmmmm.... so it looks like its not only a batch of phones. So far it varies from 2019.20.05 to 2019.18.06

EDIT: They only made a software update although i have had the 9.5.8 version on it.
Will wait till i have the device back to get more details of the software version...
    Will report back.

So i have got the device back. They flashed the Software from 9.5.8-> 9.5.5. And you know what. The Ghost touch issues are even more frequent now.. Good job Oneplus :( I´m just so disappointed from the support. I have sent them all information in detail with all the forum links. And the solution is a softwaredowngrade really oneplus? I´m going to buy another phone. Bye oneplus...

So it's a phone defect, not a rom problem.

Probably yes. But i´m done with oneplus. Nice Software, but with this issue i can´t recommend the opo7. Maybe the opo7t is better...
