[e]1f62d[/e] that's very disappointing, I thought oneplus cared about it's customer not by only allowing us to be able to by the most expensive phone [e]1f614[/e]

According to the internet from various sites the US will just get the 6T and not the 7. Which is a shame as the 7 is a pretty good upgrade on the 6T.

I know I feel like we got the short end of the stick, but soon enough they'll be outta stock on the 6t and we'll have no choice but the damn 7 pro

No. It's basically an upgraded 6T.

OnePlus simply doesn't have the stateside presence to necessitate multiple different models.

exactly but tbh now I'm kinda thinking the mi T pro or miT (k20-k20 pro global) now since it's almost certain if not already that the one plus 7 won't be coming to the us

They have too much 6T stock, that's why. They claim they aren't bringing it to the US because the US wants the 7 pro.

"The OnePlus 7 Pro is an ultra-premium flagship device that is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of US users."

The above quote from a OnePlus employee is based off of no real data. It's all assumptions, & they have no proof to back that statement. We can clearly see all over the web, there's a lot of people wanting the 7.

And with no band 66 or 71 which the 6T has & is great if you are on T-mobile, you might as well take your business elsewhere, because it's not coming. Many, including myself already have.

A bad business decision, but it's theirs to make. If they don't care about capturing more of the cell phone market share here, and are happy with what they have, so be it. Business 101 tells you that you want to outdo your competition or at least take away from them. Not sure OnePlus's plan. But it isn't that.

just found out that raise to wake fingerprint scanner doesn't work efficiently. I turned it off and now it's one try super fast with raise to wake I had to try 3-4 times
