    Well you can always find these threads in 7T series section - they will start with same kind of title like Oxygen OS x.y.z for OP7T etc... Every new update thread (pinned on top) will have first description of update and change log and at the end there will be links for both bug and feedback.

    You're always welcome to ask any questions/issues using threads but keep in mind OnePlus Developer won't be able to help via this method. The Community is managed and operated by users like you and me. Though before you create a new thread, make sure to use the search bar at top since redundant threads don't get attention because they are redundant obviously.

    my primary issue is the pick up to wake ambient display is not working consistently. I called customer service and after the typical troubleshooting steps (e.e clear cache, factory reset) theye said that they've gotten several calls regarding this issue and others. They said some apps are not playing well with Android 10 so their solution is to manually downgrade the device Android 9 (pie). has anyone else heard this?

    I think its something to do with background activity as its stops responding after leaving the device idle for sometime, unless i press the lock/unlock button of course.

    After the recent update, its totally stopped working. Lock the the phone and no reaponse from touch, even the other gestures like O, V etc have stopped working

    I've have the same problem but it's resolved now. I just disabled and then enabled pick up your phone to show and it started working again.

    This issue is related to the proximity sensor. When the ambient display is not working you can try making a call and you will notice that the screen does not turn off when near the face, it's like it is stuck. When the ambient display is working though you can place your finger on the front facing camera area and try to trigger the ambient display, so clearly they are connected. It seems like this may be triggered by wiping your phone's screen and gestures that involve getting near the proximity sensor, nevertheless it's bugged.

    is this a software problem and can it be fixed or do I need to send it back and get another one.

    only problem is with the sensor...it works fine under good lighting condition and stops working under low light condition...hope they will fix it

    The problem of the regularly not working double tap to awake and ambiant display is not solved in the last rolled out software version.
