OnePlus 7T charger worn out via OnePlus 7T

    Guys need help from anyone in this community.

    I have been sending emails since 21st June 2020 and there is no response from the OnePlus care team. I communicated with OnePlus Twitter handle as well and they said they can't help me. I have purchased OnePlus 7T in Feb 2020 and the Warp charger wire is worn out. As per OnePlus twitter support handle the service center nearby is not yet open and they are suggesting me to visit suburbs but I cannot travel that long due to Covid. I am not able to get the right solution how should I tackle this. I am afraid that there might be a short circuit. Attaching images of the wire. As day passes it comes out slowly. Didn't knew have to plead so much post buying a premium product.

    How did that happened !!?

    I have been using cable of my old 3T way back from 2016 with my 7T and after this much usage, it got crack around the rubberized outer layer. Even the charging brick works perfectly fine without any issues. So I don't know how you used it !

    I think, its damage ruf usage....
    i m using 27feb 2020 onwards...after charged i remove the cable and keep in draw....my previous mob charger cable have same issue...due to always connect in flug.

    It was like this out of the box and now I am stranded. Never had this issue in my oneplus 1 to 5.

    Not rough usage. It was like this out of the box. I bought in Feb 2020 end and next month due to Covid service centers were shut

    A phone bought on Feb 2020 with such quality issues is not my fault dude... I have been using oneplus since their 1 st release until 5. I know how to use my stuff.... This was out of the box and after that it was Covid hence service centers are closed... New one comes with a cost and we already spend a lot on phones but not for this quality... Once you have this issue will chat
