OnePlus 7T Pro Problems

    Hi,
    I've bought a One+ 7T Pro on the 20th december 2019.
    I've bought it in a physical store in Portugal (lisbon) that sells Oneplus devices.
    It is a big store named PCDIGA (sells all kind of technological products).

    After 2 weeks, I was serching for a contact in my adress book (phone adress book) and the phone frozen. Could not restart it or oven force him to shutdown. After a couple of minutes the screen turned black and nothing I did had a response from the phone (start button, volume, etc.).
    Called the store and they told me that this must be an error that stays in memory and that the phone remains that way (like it is shutdown) untill the battery comes to 0%. That I should wait and try to restart the phone several times until he "comes to life".

    Since the day I've bought the phone until yesterday I've had 5 similar situations.
    I've already erased all data and putted the phone with factory definitions, but the problem still remains.

    Can someone help me? Has someone herd of similar situation?

    in your case, connect the 1+ support, in much cases you have only support from your dealer and not oneplus oneself.

    searching in Troubleshooting / System problem / Dead device/Frozen display
    I've found this:
    Freezing in Standby
    If the device freezes and doesn't respond to the touch, please back up all data, clear the cache and flash to the latest OS version.

    Do you think this might work?

    hi, since a few days after the january patch on 7T pro i get problems that my device have frozen screens so my device give not any impuls when i do something. also all apps are continuous forced stop. I hope OnePlus is fix the problem so i don't must reboot my device so much because now at this moment it's difficult to work with the 7T pro.

    I have 7t pro and it actually heats up after restart or scrolling through gallery and downloading stuff. I keep my finger on alert slider and it is so hot and while gaming I get burns while playing pubg and fortnite
