My device appears to be lagging in certain applications, I experience frame drops while scrolling (stutters) and also while navigating through the UI and this happens frequently, apps like chrome, Netflix, YouTube freeze and scrolling in apps like Twitter and reddit doesn't feel smooth, animations aren't fluid as they should be, please look into this.

My issue is similar but with the notification bar.sometime when you pull it dow you have to wait seconds for something to happen. Also when you're finally opened the notification bar, it takes ages to open any notification from there. It appears randomly but quite often. It would be great to advise what can be done with this or release a a fix. As I read it is a common problem with the latest software release.

Same here, it stutters when I pull it down and it takes a while to open the application when you press on a notification, I have a Samsung device as a secondary phone but it feels smoother, hopefully OnePlus fixes this.

I'm also experiencing stutter of the general UI. It wasn't there before update to android 11 and I hoped it would get fixed with updates, but no. I've had it for a while now, but I also found a way to fix it.
Sure, the first thing that did the trick was restarting the phone, but that was a time consuming fix

The second and easiest fix is to go into settings, display and switch between 90hz, 60hz and back to 90hz and then the UI is smooth again.

Maybe this helps some other people in need.

A faster way to fix this issue is to go to the camera, wait 1 or 2 seconds and go back and it fixes it !
However this kind of issue is a disgrace and a joke to the OnePlus Moto " never settle" well OnePlus, YOU SETTLED!
