OnePlus 7T sim tray is not working Oct 8, 2019

    Hello Team,

    Ever since I bot my 7T, my sim card tray one is not working. I tried all the possibilities though it's not working. Can you help me with a solution?

    I faced the exact same issue. But sim 2 slot workedbwhen the same sim was put, and when 2 Sims were put both sims worked without issues. The issue seem to be more common when you put the silicon case that came in box. I don't have any issues when using without the case

    I suspect a loose sim tray, did you try with 2 Sims put together and removing the silicon case?

    yes , I did try putting 2 Sims and removed silicon case, still the same issue. Sim 1 is not working but sim 2 tray is working..

    I have the same issue. Slot 1 many disconnected calls. Slot 2 works as a charme.
    Oneplus: Dont ignore and go fix!

    I returned my first 7t, but the replacement is doing the same. factory resets, different sim cards, etc. haven't solved it. going to return the phone... my 6t works perfectly with the SIM.

    I noticed that too only when I put the case on my oneplus 7t my sim card went crazy it would glitch on and off I even recorded the screen so that I have proof of this and I got annoyed that I just pressed on the bottom where the sim tray is and boom it worked again I believe their sim tray is faulty who knows I'm gonna contact oneplus about this

    same here on 7t. My phone is only 3 weeks old and just realized that there is no icon for second sim network. Tried removing silicone case, changing sim cards, resetting phone, restarting. nothing helped. Going to repair service tomorrow :(
    my 1+6 haven't any issues for two years and the new one is full of OS bugs and now sim issues :(
    if the situation will stay the same I think I'm going back to Samsung

    I haven't had any problems again with the sim card since I took the case off and pushed hard the slot with my thumb and I left it on slot one and put the case back on and haven't had any issues anymore

    Took my OnePlus 7t to service. 4 days and I have it back despite I'm from Lithuania and they sent phone to Estonia and back again. Sim module was replaced. They said it's common issue.
