Goof morning, After coming back from vacation and switched on my OPLUS8 I have the bootloop. Did everything incl. Block URL. But works not for me still have the bootloop and cannot skip Wifi. I have also manipulated the DNS Setting to avoid any internet connect, but smartphone won't go ahead without any connection ... :-( Any help would be great.

Hello again, I was able to solve the issue. StepbyStep:
Starting point for my the recovery menue and I have choosen language english
    1. Wipe (everything)
    2. Created a whitelist on my fritzbox only with the entry : "*.1plus.io"
    3. skip mobile (no sim inserted)
    4. connect to wifi (keep in mind just allow the url from step 2)
    5. Next step "copy Data" => here I gave the full internet access again
    6. skipped all
    7. copy the downgrade image on the root folder of my oneplus
    8. Setting => update => local upgrade => choose the file I have copied
    9. after install => reboot the system
    10. ready => I'm back on Android 10

    Hopefully it helps you.

When you get to the wifi option and it begins to connect, hit back navigation button, go forward let it try to connect, before it does go back again. Do this a couple of times and it will automatically go forward to next part of set up. Also make sure oneplus servers are blocked. I just blacklisted "oneplus" word until I finished the rollback.

In your router or firewall just blacklist keyword "oneplus"

Ok, I found out how to block the URLs. I blocked *.1plus.io and gateway.oneplus.net. But I am still stuck in the boot loop. This is terrible :(.

Also before wifi tries to download click the back navigation. Then go forward and hit back again.

That worked! Thank you so much @ctonylee. Here is what I needed to do:
    • My modem was arris. So I went to arris modem website. In the web browser address bar type, 192.168.100.1.
    • arris username/password combo is by default admin/motorola
    • The go to Firewall/Parental Control page
    • Enter the following pages to block
    *.iplus.io
    1plus.com
    oneplus
    gateway.oneplus.net
    • Reboot your phone again.
    • The phone can not download anything from the blocked websites so it is able to boot.
