I have the Same issue, but can't reliably reproduce the network loss, so I can't really send you a recording of the issue.
I have my Oneplus 8 pro from the first day it launched here in The Netherlands and the issue already started. Now 2,5 it's 2,5 months later and I still have this issue. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes only 3 times a week. It depends on how much WIFI i use. When I'm connected to WIFI I have very little problems with my network connection of the data provider (T-Mobile 5G & 4G). In a rare occasion I still do lose my connection to the data provider and still have to reboot my phone to get it to work again.

The most network loss I have is when I'm not connected to WIFI, but only to my data provider.
Sometimes out of nowhere, not using the phone, Connection loss.
Sometimes when heavily using data, Connection loss.

The problem is, that it happens so randomly. I can't send a videorecording of a whole day and hopefully my netwerk losses connection. I don't even want to put so much effort in sending you guys the data when I'm paying flaggship money for this phone. Please fix this issue ASAP, because I can't return the phone anymore.

I am using a OnePlus 8 Pro, too and I discovered the same problem!
When using WiFi there is no problem but when I am connected to celular network I lose connection very often.

My network provider is A1, the best celular network provider in Austria. It is nearly impossible to find places in Austria where A1 does not provide good service.

Now I know, that I am not alone with this issue because it's the exact same thing...

To solve this problem only a reboot helps, nothing else!
Going to flight-mode will not solve the problem - thinking of that means: it has nothing to do with the provider because after it the phone has to search for networks but it doesn't.
There must be a bug somewhere in the software because after reboot I get full functionality back.

    Oxygen OS 10.5.8.IN11BA

Edit: I am not using Android Auto, I am just using normal Bluetooth-Connection everytime on.

Another Edit: I will now update to 10.5.12.IN11BA as the support told me and I will keep an eye on the connection.

I am facing the same issue. My network get's disappear and then reappear automatically. This is really annoying since we buy phone to make calls other things are secondary. I am attaching screen recording as well

I am also facing the problem, happens once a day and only rebooting fixes it.
I am concerned that is it a hardware or a software issue.

Current os version is 10.5.13 (IN2021)

    Hello,
Add me to the list with this problem also. I was already on contact with OP support. They flashed my phone on remote, but the problem is still here. Unbeliavable that OnePlus still didn't solve the problem after so much time and so many users having this same problem. My OS version: 10.5.12.IN11BA

Same here. It can work for most of the day then randomly drop the signal. It's very frustrating, please produce a fix as I'm missing important calls due to this (a basic function of a phone!)

If you're experiencing intermittent mobile data loss, meaning the cell bars are gone and you have no texting, calls, or internet ability other then wifi and if you bought the phone directly from Oneplus, you need to make sure that the sim card is 1. a VOLTE and 2. that the CDMA-LESS (assists in network provisioning) is activated by the carrier. Reach out to the carrier and this will fix it. Even if your cellphone started off working and weeks or a month later you begin to experience this issue, call the carrier and make sure the 1. and 2. are both true.

I’m experiencing the same issue with the oneplus 8 pro.
Also this is my 3rd oneplus device and all previous devices didn't have this issue. (onplus 3, 6t).
I didn't change network provider (Drei / Hutchison Austria). The drop in network connection stability is clearly visible.
On my way home / to work I'm constantly loosing the network connection. This is the worst oneplus experience so far.
The latest update didn't improve anything.
    My OS version : 11.02.2.IN11BA
