    I have the same issue in Switzerland with Sunrise. I open a ticket with OnePlus support and they said they don't support volte and vowifi in Switzerland.
    I have the service enabled in the SIM card, installed the new logkit and enabled it under log kit and sim menu but it still doesn't work at all. In the SIM menu both volte and vowifi stay enabled but the ISP cannot see any volte registration.
    That's disappointing, hope it gets fixed soon.

    I've got same issue and spent an hour on with Three support. They told me that VoLTE and VoWiFi is on by default and to contact Oneplus Support as it's a handset issue. After an hour with them and toggle button still not being there it turned out that it just wasn't switched on in icon manager. After switching it on there I now see it connected to VoWifi or VoLTE even though the toggle switch still doesn't show in SIM & Network menu. Might not be same issue as you but just thought I would post what my issue was.

    Settings > Display > Status Bar > Icon Manager is where I had to switch on and it now shows as using them in my status bar. Tested phone calls and it is working on Three.

    No, they're enabled in icon manager. Reinstalled phone. Reinstalled OnePlus logkit and enabled both in the settings in there, still nothing. Still falls back onto 3G for calls. SIM works fine in OnePlus 6. I noticed on Oxygen Updater that they pulled latest software. Will persevere to see if updates over the next month or so, along with support from Three resolves this, if not, the handset is going back to OnePlus... look like it'll be Samsung for me after many happy years with OnePlus :-(

    I'm using a Three PAYM SIM and had exactly the same issues as you.

    After the logkit procedure, it still didn't work on reboot UNTIL:

    I deactivated the SIM and then reactivated it. I use two SIMs so that was easy but if you're only using one SIM, try removing it and reinserting it with the phone switched on.

    The VOLTE slider still does not appear on the Three SIM but it does in SIM2.

    I'm using a non-Pro.

    I have dual SIM. The 2nd SIM not always enabled (plusnet sim only plan). See screenshot, this is what happens when data is switched from Three (sim1) to plusnet (sim2).

    Yes, VoLTE icon for sim1 (3) becomes active over sim2 data (plusnet). And yes, it works, Three volte calls are going over plusnet 4G data. Explain that one. Its witchcraft!!

    Delete Oversea-Commercial_DS with PDC TOOL and make VoLTE-CU ACTIVE. Now anyone can use VOLTE.

    @everkurt maybe you can elaborate on how to do this exactly? I've seen How to's for the 6/6T but they first deactivate Sub0 and Sub1 before deleting Oversea-Commercial_DS.

    Ok. And then activate Sub0 again with VOLTE-CU? What's the difference between VoLTE-CU and H3G_Denmark?

    If Volte is not enabled on VoLTE-CU, try activating H3G_Denmark.

    Just as an FYI - I have gone through that process for any one in Australia & on Telstra.... we do nto get the VoLTE symbol/icon in status bar at all which leads me to believe it's not active.

    tried a shirt-load of different options in that PDC program and none of them show volte. Funnily enough though, using "Volte_OEM_Lab" gives me 5G icon appear more often than the 4G icon (and yes i'm in a 5G area)

    I was trying to use the PDC too but all data fields are blank. I had full port switch on by using engineer mode (can't turn on the serial, it will force close). I had phone USB set at debug.

    May I know what went wrong?

    Yep I only use full port not serial. Also, I don't have USB set for debugging (I don't know if that makes a difference at all).

    Launched the PDC app with "Run as Administrator".. then once the PDC app opens, I click the drop down and it then populates the window with lots of different entries to choose from.

    thank you. I believe I tried both debug on or off. I did click drop down menu but nothing shows.

    the last resort I have is to find another computer to try (test by elimination). oh well

    Does anyone who activated VoLTE and VoWIFI with the oneplus logkit have the issue where these stop working randomly? After a restart they get activated again. The switches are always on in the SIM settings. Thanks!
