€ 1,000 a few hertz more on display, a slightly more powerful processor and 5G ... Now there’s a taste of funding.

The phone became even bigger then op7 (which already wracked pockets in my jeans) and it has edge screen now. How useful is that?
I don't understand how am I supposed to carry this device? Buy a special bag just for it? Disappointment :(

I got my 8 pro glacier green today. was a bit sceptical about the colour but in fairness it's not bad at all . quite funky but a welcome break from those shiny fingerprint magnet backs.
the phone itself is an absolute beast! I sold my s20 ultra to get the OnePlus 8 pro and I'm happy I made the right decision.
the speed and smoothness of this phone without it feeling out of control is nothing short of pnenominal. I had the OnePlus 7t pro which was also a speed beast but this is faster again. the camera is vastly improved and imo this was OnePlus biggest downfall. but it's on par now with the likes of Samsung s20 range. and the iPhone 11 range.
the screen needs to be seen to be believed. it's better than Samsung's ultra screen imo. the cut out although not central doesn't annoy me as much as I thought as I like things symmetrical. as it stands it's more out the way when watching something on YouTube or Netflix for example as it's down to the side rather than smack in the middle.
I will go so far to say this is the best phone i have ever owned. I use the iPhone 11 pro max for work and it's a great phone. but the OnePlus 8 pro absolutely smashes it into next week imo.
    great phone OnePlus

now OnePlus is not remain flagship killer.it is only flagship phone due to high pricing of 8 and 8 pro.people will move ahead to samsung or Apple in price between rs 50,000 to 70,000.

does it make sense to launch a device in a way that customers don't even get to know the product's price or it's sale date after watching an hour long launch event...!

It is not out yet because of all the premium price pre orders. Once supply for them runs out, they will do the sales for lower price in China and India.
