I am not sure if i am posting or creating in the right thread, but i wanted to bring to oneplus's attention the wifi calling/signal issues i am facing. Since taking the OTA i have noticed that when on wifi, i am not able to send out text messages or MMS. I am also noticing that phone calls do not come in and it goes straight to voicemail. When i toggle off Wifi, all my messages and notifications come in. I have done a factory reset and have reached out to T-Mobile about this, but want to inform you as well. I will attach screenshots for you to view.

I can confirm this issue. An official acknowledgement of the problem from OnePlus would be nice.

I to am having signal issues ever since I have received the 10.5.17 update. Numerous times my family and friends told me that they been trying to call me and it goes straight to voicemail. Sometimes it shoes that I have no signal and sometimes it shoes I have signal but I have the the no network being displayed in my settings panel. I even went as far as getting a new sim card but still have the same issues.

I am having the same problem with the same update (T Mobile). This was my first oneplus (8) phone and I will switch back to samsung. For all the issues with samsung, I never had a problem with the phone usability itself.

Wife and I both switched to T-Mobile on OnePlus 8. Device worked flawlessly until this update. Lost signal, texts and calls wouldn't come through. Spent hours with T-Mobile experts, they couldn't resolve it. Had cache wiped, swapped sim cards, had my network profile reset, and even turned off 5G in the settings to no avail. I'm glad to see this update was pulled by T-Mobile. Ended up getting a warranty replacement on our devices and am on the June 2020 security patch without any issues.

Does it give you the option to update? I heard that T Mobile pulled the update after the reported issues.

No they didn't give me a option to update, have gotten super frustrated on how t mobile is doing things.
Lost out on a couple of scholarship because the school said they had tried many times to get a hold of me but they said it went straight to voicemail and didn't gave any options to leave messages.

We got the update before they pulled it. There is no option to downgrade.

I'm having the same issue. If I go to airplane mode and back again it fixes it, but I never know when it's going to break again. Happens every day.

I tried turning off 5G by switching to 2G/3G/LTE but this did not work. I switched to 3G/LTE/5G and BINGO! Started working!!

I'm still having the same issue after the 10.5.20.IN55CB, I have tried toggling all the various different network settings and cleared cache. Not wanting to do a full factory reset as it shouldn't be needed for security patch updates.

I have the same issue with latest update 10.5.20.IN55CB, I have to either restart the phone or turn on and off airplane mode to get the signal back. And my internet speed also not satisfying in this phone, this is my 1st Oneplus phone (8) and now i don't feel good about this brand.
