Oneplus 8 T-Mobile Terrible Phone Reception after Android 11 update via OnePlus 8 T-Mobile

    I would assume y'all would've fixed this by now. But I AM STILL getting terrible reception from the T-Mobile variant oneplus 8, on the network it's made to work on. I miss calls that I'm supposed to get over this stupid reception problem. Sometimes I can't even make calls because of this and would have to restart my phone. This problem has been happening since Android 10 and the release of this phone and has still not been fixed. Oneplus is just not listening to it's customers anymore. Phones bought off the $100 section can preform better than this in terms of keeping a signal.

    As you have a T-Mobile variant, have you contacted them about this?
    Are the gold electrical contacts on the sim card clean?

    I got a brand new sim card not too long ago and that wasn't the issue

    I contacted oneplus, and T-Mobile very long ago. T-Mobile said they aren't responsible for this and that I have to contact oneplus and they still haven't answered either :/

    Same here, after last update by one plus. I have no reception on Network 3. I have been saying it's something wrong with 3, however it started happening after the last update
