Oneplus 8T - Bluetooth fast pairing issues with Buds & Buds Z via OnePlus 8T

    Its been almost 15 days since I am using my new oneplus 8T now.
    I am facing lot of challanges with fast pairing of my buds and buds Z.

    I tried pairing with other devices it is working seamlessly but not on my one plus 8T.
    It does not show any pop to connect when I open the case of my buds also it does not even show any notification of battery and % in the notification drawer when i connect it through pair new device.

    I did factory reset also still no luck.

    I also went through lot of threads and discussions lot of people are facing this issue.

    I hope this issue is resolved soon in the next update.

    Yes exactly. This issue is with fast pairing. It requires a fix immediately because occurence of this issue is 100%.

    I don't think center will be able to fix this issue. It might be a software glitch. Developers need to fix this. Let's hope they give another update and fix this issue.

    Don't know when they will push the update hope OnePlus is listening . This is so disappointing. Really thought I would get the pop up icon which we get on iphone but OnePlus has disappointed us

    I know. I feel the same. Even when i see youtube videos of 8T it appears automatically but not for all devices. I really had high hopes for this feature but got disappointed with this.

    Yes same here bro. I tried everything even reset but I was not able to get anything. OnePlus is disappointing it's customer now

    I also tried resetting phone as well as oneplus buds it sometimes work but most of the time it doesn't.

    Yes same here it works 1 out of 100 times . It's like playing a lucky draw 🤣 I hope it's nt earbuds issue as replacement is only 15 days

    Hope it's not earbuds issue. As replacement is only 15 days. Even the chat support are not helping saying contact service center even service center don't know. This is a total mess by OnePlus

    I don't think it's an earbuds issue because even the new oneplus buds Z are not doing a quick pair in 8T. But it is connecting in my friend's 7 pro. So issue is in the phone software itself.

    Yes I think so its quick pairing in OnePlus 7t but not in my 8pro . Is it because of oxygen os11 .

    Might be a possibility. Best we can hope is they take into account this issue via this thread. Because this is indeed a very important feature which we would like to see on our device.

    Yes that's the reason we brought it. Or else we can use different brand earbuds as well. If not buds z I would be buying galaxy buds plus

    Different brands wont provide seamless integration. The only reason to buy oneplus products is to enter this ecosystem and if users are not happy with this. Then what's the point. 😕
