Oneplus 8T- Qualcomm crashdump mode fatal exception die- Main Borad Compliant- Within the warranty via OnePlus Community App

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased one One Plus 8T Smartphone from Oxygen the Digital Shop, No.2/24, Penang Tower, M G, Penang Tower, MG Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004 on 26/03/2021. I have purchased the same as the mobile phone is branded by your prestigious company but after the purchase I suffered from the following technical Issues with the phone with in a month

    1.Randomly started to freeze and reboot
    2. Application crash randomly
    3. Display shade
    4. Now on "Qualcomm crashdump mode fatal exception die"

    I was disappointed with the issue of this smartphone which is now not working within the warranty period itself manufactured and supplied by such a prestigious company .The same was intimated to your good office through email and forwarded direct messages several times [Case ID: 210519-006810 & Case ID: 210604-000608]. Due to COVID restrictions I was unable to come to the service center immediately after reporting technical issues . I took the smartphone to the authorized service center Dreams Mobiles ,Kairali plaza, kailas jn, behind HDFC bank, Karamana PO,Trivandrum,Kerala-695002 on 18/06/2021 and service center was issued a visiting card on the back side of it printed customer care with the details of the customer and mobile given for repairs. But the technician refuses to issue a proper Service Record. Such technical issues which were faced by me cause mental agony and distress.

    On 28/06/2021 they issued Service Record after 10 days and said Main board of my smartphone is compliant and they ordered and the same was in transit

    I have already submitted email with regards to my complaint on 28/06/2021 even after two weeks neither any proper reply was received from that end no any action was initiated to get back my smartphone on clear working condition or replace my phone even in the warranty period when myself contact the service centre personal they informed me that the main Board of the phone is damaged and as no motherboard available as of now even in the warehouse of company. I am left with no phone for the past 3 weeks. It is getting difficult for me for my day-to-day living even after purchasing a high profile phone from a high profile manufacturer and the phone being damaged causes mental agony with words that cannot be described. Hence it is most modestly requested before your goodself to retrieve my genuine grievance at an earlier days

    Here we are users like you on this community but luckily the moderators have access to tools using which they can at least escalate the case so that you get a proper reply. I myself am facing a ton of trouble with CS. I have tagged a moderator and I hope he'll be able to escalate your case.

    Have you tried a different service center....if board isn't available then they're supposed to replace it isn't. Consumer court oru complaint file chey.

    But they didn't gave a proper reply. Sure I will file a compliant in this regard. My issue was reported on April last.

    The smartphone of Oneplus brand purchase from Oxygen the Digital Shop
    functioning in the building No.2/24, Penang Tower, M G, Penang Tower,
    MG Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004 on 26/03/2021
    started malfunctioning with in a period of 30 days of purchase and was
    within the warranty period itself. The matter was reported to the
    Company on time. Subsequently due to the delay in getting my
    smartphone having IMEI number removed by Moderator.
    repaired. I have informed the matter to your good office consequent
    which you have assured that necessary steps will be taken to get it
    repaired. But no tangible steps are yet to be taken by the concerned
    and still I am running from pillar to post to get the smartphone in
    working condition. Due to enormous delay on 28/07/2021 I was forced to
    approach the authorized service centre named Dreams Mobiles ,Kairali
    plaza, kailas jn, behind HDFC bank, Karamana
    PO,Trivandrum,Kerala-695002 to find out the progress of the repair.
    But the approach of the person who occupied the seat where the public
    approaches is quite negative, She had shown a negligent attitude
    towards me and behaved in a manner not expected from a service
    personnel who is being position to hear the grievance of the
    customers. The language that she spoke forced me to re think of
    another purchase of your brand and also to discourage those who seek
    opinion regarding purchase of a product of your brand. I may also like
    to inform you that I will be forced to approach the Consumer Redressal
    Forum it my grievances are not redressed properly and timely.
    Hoping that an early solution will be found in this matter
